Grace Griffin Joins Women’s Lacrosse Coaching Staff


PHILADELPHIA – Saint Joseph’s ladies’s lacrosse head coach Alex Kahoe has introduced the addition of latest Maryland graduate Grace Griffin to the Hawk teaching employees.
 
“I am excited to welcome Grace Griffin to Hawk Hill!” Kahoe stated.  “Grace had an extremely successful playing career, winning both NCAA and Big Ten championships.  She knows what it takes to compete at a high level and has a true passion for coaching.  We are looking forward to Grace sharing her knowledge and championship mentality with our team.”
 
“I am honored and incredibly grateful to be named assistant coach at Saint Joseph’s,” Griffin stated.  “I would like to thank Coach Kahoe and Senior Associate AD Eric Laudano for believing in me and providing me with this amazing opportunity.”
 
Griffin enters the teaching world after a embellished profession with the Terrapins.  She is a three-time group captain, a primary in program historical past, and was lauded as Maryland’s Scholar-Athlete of the Yr and one of many college’s two Large Ten Medal of Honor Recipients in 2021.  Griffin was named to the Tewaaraton Award Watch Listing thrice and was chosen as an All-America honoree in each 2021 and 2022.
